Our Philosophy

LBAS takes pride in meeting or exceeding the most exacting standards of service quality.

To better achieve this end, there is an ISO 9001-certified Quality Management System in place for our work at the Station, underlining our compromise with good management practices, quantifiable assessment of key performance indicators and continuous improvement of our operations.

Our core philosophy in working at the Station has three pillars:

  • Client satisfaction: Our main goal is ensuring the satisfaction of the US Navy and consistently exceeding the stringent standards of quality required of us. We take our responsibilities very seriously and actively pursue ways to go above and beyond what is expected of us.
  • Employee well-being: We strive to provide a safe, nurturing and engaging working environment for our workers, even under the demanding conditions at the Station. We want our workers to feel as they are – part of one of the most important engineering firms in the world.
  • Company reputation: We believe that our commitment to our client and our workers should naturally result in a fair assessment of our firm and our reputation. Our work at Naval Station Rota positively impacts many families in Rota and its vicinity, and we hope to be recognized as a good neighbor.

In addition to our internal quality control, our performance is periodically evaluated by the US Navy. We are also honored to have been commended on our performance by our client and other people we work with.
